Your guest list stays on your device
Everything you enter into the SeatCharm planner (guest names, groups, meals, notes and table layouts) is stored in your own browser's local storage. It is not sent to or stored on our servers. If you clear your browser data, it's gone, so download a backup file from the planner's menu to keep a copy.
Purchases and license keys
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy), who act as the merchant of record and handle your payment details under their own privacy policy. We never see your card details. When you activate Pro, your license key is sent to the payment provider's verification service to confirm it's valid, and the key is stored in your browser.
Website analytics
We may use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics to count page visits. These don't track you across sites and never include the contents of your seating chart.
Fonts
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
