Terms of use
The service
SeatCharm is a browser-based seating chart planner. The free version can be used for events of up to 40 guests. SeatCharm Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited guests, place cards and watermark-free printing.
Your license
A Pro license is for personal use by you, or by your business if you're an event professional, across your own devices and for any number of events. Please don't publish or share your license key.
Refunds
If SeatCharm Pro isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Your data
Your seating charts are stored in your browser. You're responsible for keeping backups. We can't recover charts that were deleted from your device.
No warranty
SeatCharm is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but please double-check your final seating chart and printouts before your event. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for SeatCharm.
